Miva Merchant is a browser based storefront and catalog development and management system. Using nothing more than a web browser, developers can implement dynamic data driven storefronts with integrated shopping basket, catalog, hierarchal categories, boolean product search, and order processing in 10 minutes or less. Miva Merchants architecture lets developers prepare and market specialized look and feel, payment processing, and shipping modules. Miva Merchant allows you to take orders from your customers online using a simple shopping cart system. These orders are placed in an orders database available through any browser. You can choose to charge your customers offline using an existing charging mechanism you may currently have or signup for one of the online payment services supported by Miva. The list of supported payment services are: U.S. Merchant Systems, Authorize.Net payment services, CyberSource payment services, CyberCash payment services, MOL-pay(tm), PaymentNet payment services, Card Service International / Link point payment Gateway, plus payments can also be processed through Miva's check payment service.
